CSS Cleaning Services FAQ!

It is completely up to you. Because we work on a 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. schedule, Monday to Friday, most of our customers aren’t home when we arrive. So we will pre-arrange with you a way for our cleaners to access your home.

No. We supply all products and equipment needed for our cleaners to carry out their duties. However, you may use your own products and equipment if it is your preference. If you have any preferences in regards to what cleaning products we use, feel free to let us know and we’ll do everything we can to work with your requests.

We at CSS understand how unpredictable life can be. That’s why we work with your schedule to ensure that we’re cleaning your home at a time that’s most convenient for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning service, we recommend that you call us as soon as possible. We will re-arrange or cancel should you request it. Our system is contract-free to allow all our customers 100% flexibility.

CSS provide services once a week, bi-weekly, or once a month, depending on your cleaning needs. You can also request domestic cleaning services for special events, deep cleaning as well as end of tenancy cleaning assistance. Because we work on a no-contract basis, you can update or change your cleaning plan to fit your busy schedule, budget, and cleaning needs.

Payments are due on the day of your scheduled service. You can pay using all major credit or debit cards and bank transfer. On request we can also accept payments via PayPal. However, payments in cash are not accepted.
