Bonus Wallet
Your staff bonuses are stored in your Staff Bonus Wallet. When your balance is available, you can request a payout from your dashboard.
How payouts work:
Request payout in your dashboard → CSS admin approves → paid via payroll or agreed method.
Partner Offers
You can access the same partner offers as clients. If you submit your interest, a partner representative may contact you to discuss options.
Important:
If your partner lead is confirmed, any bonus or credit linked to that lead is credited after admin confirmation.
Typical confirmation window: up to 30 days.
Once credited, it will appear in your bonus history and can be requested for payout.
Referrals
Share your referral link to earn bonuses when someone becomes a regular client after the qualifying period.
After you submit a referral, CSS will contact the referred person to confirm details and schedule if they wish to proceed.
Referral tiers:
Base rate starts at £15. Your rate can increase as you achieve more successful referrals.

Use your staff email. Takes about 1 minute.
2) Open dashboard
View your wallet, history, payout requests, and partner offers.
3) Earn bonuses
Referrals and partner offers credit your bonus wallet after confirmation, typically within 30 days.
4) Request payout
Request payout in-dashboard. Admin approval required.
